Covid-19 in level 1

Thanks to everyone for supporting us and being so understanding during the various stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In Level 1 we ask that when you phone us for an appointment you must advise us if you have a cough, cold, sore throat or fever so that we can make the appropriate booking. Please also advise if you have returned from overseas (or had contact with someone who has) in the last 14 days and advise if you work in any facilities that involve people returning from overseas.

You may be seen in our rooms, the portable cabin at the front, or we can provide phone consultations.

Our aim to keep all our patients safe especially our most vulnerable people.

Please phone when you arrive at the carpark for your appointment or if you have walked please knock on the door or phone

To do this we are ::

        • Talking to you first on the phone to decide the best type of consultation for you ie whether phone/video or in the medical rooms or in your car

        • Closely assessing your infection risk

        • Asking you to wait in your car until we are ready to see you. If you have walked, we will ask you to wait outside.

       • Allowing only 1 or 2 family members in at the same time

       • Doing all childhood vaccinations

      • Doing recall blood tests, smears and other checks.

      • Faxing all prescriptions to a pharmacy

      • Providing most certificates eg ACC, WINZ, sickness as phone consultations
